Internship Business Analyst

The Internship Business Analyst will support various national and international projects with a focus on creating solutions that meet the requirements of both external and internal clients. Responsibilities include analyzing business needs, gathering and documenting requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective solutions. The intern will assist in the development of decision models, software solutions, and consulting services tailored to the banking, financial, insurance, utility, and corporate sectors. Key tasks involve conducting data analysis, preparing reports, and presenting findings to stakeholders. The role also requires participation in project meetings, contributing to process improvements, and ensuring that deliverables align with project timelines and quality standards. The intern will work closely with senior analysts and project managers to gain hands-on experience in business analysis within a dynamic international environment.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Italian is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Prior internship or project experience in business analysis or consulting is preferred but not required.
