岗位职责
The intern will be integrated into the General Secretariat staff unit. Key responsibilities include: welcoming guests and managing access at the reception; handling incoming and outgoing correspondence; managing the switchboard and directing calls; organizing meetings and managing the calendar; supporting the preparation of documents and presentations; managing office supplies and archiving; and providing general administrative support to the team.

Currently enrolled in a university degree program (preferably in business administration, secretarial sciences, or related fields); strong organizational and communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); fluency in Italian and good knowledge of English; ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks; discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
