岗位职责
The intern will be integrated into the HR office with a specific focus on Training. Key responsibilities include: supporting the design of training paths; assisting in the organization and coordination of training sessions; managing training logistics, including scheduling, participant communication, and material preparation; contributing to the evaluation of training effectiveness through feedback collection and data analysis; maintaining and updating the training database and records; collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify training needs; and participating in ad-hoc HR projects related to learning and development.

Currently enrolled in a university degree program, preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong interest in training and development. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken. Ability to work in a team and autonomously. Previous internship experience in HR is a plus.
