岗位职责
The Internship Communication & Events role involves supporting the communication and events team in executing a variety of tasks. Key responsibilities include:
- Writing and editing texts for both offline communication tools (such as brochures, house organs, press releases) and online channels (including website content, social media posts, and newsletters).
- Assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate events, including logistics, vendor management, and on-site support.
- Contributing to the development and maintenance of communication materials, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
- Monitoring and reporting on media coverage and social media metrics.
- Collaborating with internal teams to gather information and create content for internal and external communications.
- Supporting the organization of meetings, workshops, and other corporate gatherings.
- Performing administrative tasks related to communication and event activities as needed.

Qualifications and requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a university degree program (preferably in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content management systems.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Previous internship or volunteer experience in communication or events is a plus.
