岗位职责
As an Intern in the Member Assistance (Assistenza Soci) department, you will support the team in managing and processing requests from members, ensuring timely and accurate responses. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling incoming inquiries from members via phone, email, and written correspondence, providing clear and helpful information about insurance policies, claims, and services.
- Assisting in the review and processing of member applications, policy changes, and other administrative documents, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Maintaining and updating member records in the company database, verifying data accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborating with senior staff to resolve member issues or complaints, escalating complex cases as needed.
- Preparing routine reports on member assistance activities, including response times, common inquiries, and resolution outcomes.
- Supporting the organization of member events or communications, such as newsletters or informational materials.
- Participating in team meetings and contributing to process improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of member service.
- Performing general administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, and archiving documents.
This internship provides hands-on experience in the insurance sector, focusing on member relations and administrative support within a mutual company environment.

To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with members and colleagues.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Fluency in Italian (written and spoken); knowledge of English is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is advantageous but not required.
