Inventory Management Specialist

【岗位职责】 负责监督库存控制流程，确保物资和设备的准确跟踪与报告；与各部门协调优化库存水平；分析库存数据以识别趋势、预测未来需求，并实施策略以减少短缺和过剩；定期进行审计和检查以符合法规和标准；与采购和物流团队合作，简化供应链运营并提高效率；使用库存管理系统维护记录、生成报告并支持决策；为初级员工提供库存流程和最佳实践的指导与培训；参与持续改进计划以提升库存准确性并降低成本；回应查询并解决库存差异相关问题，确保及时准确的解决；为空军库存管理运营的整体有效性做出贡献，支持任务准备和运营成功。 【任职要求】 具备有效管理空军环境中与库存管理相关的变革和复杂性的能力；能够分析库存数据并预测未来需求；熟悉库存控制流程和合规标准；具备与多部门协调和沟通的能力；有使用库存管理系统的经验；能够提供指导和培训；参与持续改进和成本优化工作；具备解决库存差异问题的能力。

To qualify for this position at the GS-9 level, you must meet one of the following criteria: (1) Completion of 2 years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to a master's degree or equivalent graduate degree, or a master's or equivalent graduate degree in a field such as business administration, industrial management, industrial engineering, industrial psychology, public administration, political science, or government. (2) One year of specialized experience equivalent to at least GS-07 that provided knowledge to perform the duties of the position. (3) A combination of graduate education and specialized experience that equates to 100% of the requirements. Additionally, you must meet one of the following academic achievements: class standing in the upper third of your graduating class; a grade point average of 2.95 or higher out of 4.0 (based on completed courses or final 2 years of curriculum) or 3.45 or higher out of 4.0 (based on required courses in your major field); or election to membership in a national scholastic honor society.
