Subsidiary of Ant Group, Stable and high-quality client leads by the company Basic salary HKD 15K~25K; Expected total income (bonus & Incentive) :HKD 40K~80K Benefits: 5-day work, 17 days of AL, MPF, medical insurance, annual health check Position Highlights Subsidiary of Ant Group, leveraging the Group’s strong brand and resources Stable and high-quality client leads provided by the company Competitive compensation package: fixed basic salary starting from HKD 15,000 + newcomer performance bonus + monthly performance incentives; expected total monthly income ranging from HKD 40,000 to HKD 80,000 Comprehensive benefits aligned with Ant Group standards, including 5-day work week, 17 days of annual leave, Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF), commercial medical insurance, annual health check-up, health points programme, and other Group employee benefits Comprehensive professional insurance and wealth management sales training provided Key Responsibilities Tailor professional and comprehensive insurance and wealth management solutions based on client needs, covering investment savings, retirement planning, life insurance, critical illness protection, and medical insurance Assist with insurance applications and underwriting follow-ups; promptly respond to client inquiries and coordinate underwriting progress, financial underwriting, anti-money laundering (AML) compliance, and related matters Handle post-sale maintenance and claims-related matters; assist clients with policy changes, renewal reminders, policy loans, and other routine services Requirements At least 1 year of experience in insurance, finance, or sales; familiarity with the Hong Kong market Holder of a Hong Kong Identity Card or valid work visa (e.g., IANG, Quality Migrant Admission Scheme, Top Talent Pass Scheme, Capital Investment Entrant Scheme, etc.) Passed IIQE Papers 1 & 3 Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Finance, Insurance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field. Outstanding candidates with HKCEE 5 passes or equivalent qualifications may also be considered Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, with good English reading and writing skills
