5 days work Stable working environment Competitive Pay nJob Duties: To work in team for the design, enhancement, testing, maintenance and administration of Chatbot-as-a-Service and Social Media Text Analytics System. To assist his/her supervisors in managing contractors for supporting Chatbot-as-a-Service and Social Media Text Analytics System. To support the migration of Chatbot-as-a-Service to a new AI-enabled platform. To provide technical support to departments for the adoption of chatbot, AI and data analytics technologies. To conduct technical and literature research and analyses of the development of artificial intelligence and data analytics related subjects. To perform any other works as assigned by the supervisor. Job Requirement: Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or related subjects At least 4 years' experience in IT industry Possess at least 3 years of experience in AI and data analytics technologies, such as Gen AI and text/image/video analytics; Have at least 1 years of experience on system development and deployment on clouds.
