To provide more quality products to the Hong Kong market, we are looking to hire more talents from various fields to support the expansion of our business. We are seeking a proactive IT Application Support specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide day-to-day application support, collaborate with third-party vendors on projects and enhancements, gather user requirements, perform user acceptance testing, and deliver user training. This role requires strong experience with e-commerce platforms, Oracle ERP, and hands-on SQL skills. Key responsibilities Provide daily operational support for business applications, troubleshooting issues and ensuring timely resolution. Liaise with third-party vendors and service providers for system enhancements, bug fixes, and project delivery. Collect and document user requirements, translate them into functional specifications or user stories. Plan, coordinate, and execute user acceptance testing (UAT); document and track defects and test results. Prepare user guides and deliver training sessions to end users; provide post-training support. Perform data validation, data fixes and ad-hoc queries using SQL as needed. Assist with system configurations, deployments, and release coordination. Monitor application performance and propose improvements to enhance user experience and system stability. Support e-commerce integrations and processes (order flow, pricing, promotions, fulfillment) and ensure alignment with Oracle ERP. Work with stakeholders to prioritize incidents and enhancement requests. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline. Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience in IT application support or similar role. Proven experience with e-commerce platforms and ERP implementations/support. Hands-on experience writing and troubleshooting SQL queries. Familiarity with CRM systems and reporting/BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Oracle BI) is a plus. Good analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work with business users and technical teams. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines. Experience working with third-party vendors and managing UAT cycles. Preferred Experience in retail/e-commerce industry. Knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite / Oracle Cloud ERP modules. Experience with APIs/integration tools and web services. What we offer Competitive salary and benefits package.
