We are looking for passionate engineers to join our Roaming Services team. This role offers the opportunity to work with global mobile operators on 5G and international roaming services, drive service innovation, and explore AI-assisted technologies that are shaping the future of telecommunications. You will gain exposure to international carrier partnerships, next-generation roaming technologies, service innovation, and AI-enabled operational practices while supporting services used by millions of customers worldwide. Responsibilities Shape the future of international roaming services by developing innovative voice, messaging, and data solutions. Work with global telecom operators and technology partners to deliver world-class roaming experiences. Leverage AI-assisted tools and automation technologies to improve operational efficiency, enhance customer experience, and support innovation in roaming services. Participate in solution architecture, service design, and commercial proposal development for new business opportunities. Participate in technical trials, interoperability testing, and service launches with international partners. Monitor roaming service performance, analyse operational data, and drive continuous service improvements to ensure an excellent customer experience. Collaborate across Engineering, Business, and Product teams to deliver high-quality mobile services to millions of customers. Requirements Higher Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or above in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronic Engineering, or a related discipline. Around 5 years of relevant experience in mobile telecommunications, LTE/EPC, IMS, roaming, international services, or 5G core network environments. Familiarity with AI-assisted tools, automation technologies, or data analytics Exposure to scripting, programming, system integration, or network automation (e.g. Python, Ansible, REST API, SQL, PowerShell). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify service improvement opportunities and resolve complex technical issues. Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to a rapidly evolving telecommunications landscape. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage. Candidates with less experience may be considered for the position of Engineer.
