My Hero VA is hiring a Recruiter who can source, interview, and deliver high-quality virtual assistant candidates for our clients. You must be organized, proactive, and able to evaluate talent effectively. If you're a problem solver who has a high quality of standard when it comes to selecting candidates, and who enjoys the challenge of hitting certain KPIs and goals, then we want to hear from you.
Goals and KPIs
Build strong pipelines of qualified remote worker candidates from different global locations
Conduct first round interviews and then turn over those recorded interviews/notes to your Manager to evaluate for next steps
Maintain clear communication and accurate tracking of all candidates within our recruiting tool, Breezy HR
Deliver top candidates quickly to your Manager
Hard SkillsNeeded
Running LinkedIn paid job ads or willing to learn
Making job ads utilizing our client notes and Ai
Experience scheduling and interviewing candidates
Ability to source manually on LinkedIn through DMs and through groups
• Solid LinkedIn network is preferred
Prior recruitment process experience is preferred
Experience using software such as Notion and Breezy HR
Soft SkillsNeeded
C1/C2 written and spoken English (C2 preferred)
