Marketing Intern

【岗位职责】 支持销售与营销团队的各项工作，主要职责包括管理社交媒体平台、为各渠道创作有吸引力的内容、协助内部沟通；与团队成员合作制定并执行营销活动、监控绩效指标、参与内容日历的制定；运用基础平面设计技能制作视觉素材，如社交媒体图片、传单和演示文稿；在快节奏环境中积累实践经验，学习平衡多个项目与截止日期，为团队整体营销策略做出贡献。 【任职要求】 具备基础平面设计技能；能够管理社交媒体平台并创作内容；善于团队协作，能参与营销活动的开发与执行；具备监控和分析绩效指标的能力；能有效参与内容日历的制定；适应快节奏工作环境，能同时处理多个项目并按时完成任务。

The ideal candidate should have a foundational understanding of marketing principles and experience across social media, content creation, and internal communication. Basic graphic design skills are required, with proficiency in tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. Candidates should be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work both independently and collaboratively. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
