Industrial Refrigeration Apprenticeship

【岗位职责】 在经验丰富的技术人员指导下，学习并执行工业制冷系统的安装、维护和维修工作；协助组装和调试制冷设备，如压缩机、冷凝器、蒸发器和控制系统；学习诊断和排除系统故障，执行例行检查，并进行预防性维护以确保最佳性能和合规性；阅读和解读技术图纸与示意图，按照环保法规处理制冷剂，并维护准确的服务记录；支持团队进行系统测试、调整控制装置以及更换所需部件。 【任职要求】 具备动手实践能力，注重细节，并致力于在动态发展的领域中学习行业最佳实践。

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong interest in mechanical and electrical systems, with a willingness to learn industrial refrigeration technologies. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; recent school leavers are encouraged to apply. Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in mechanical trades is advantageous. You must have good problem-solving skills, the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and a commitment to workplace safety. Physical fitness is necessary for handling heavy equipment and working in various environments. A valid driver's license is preferred. No prior experience in refrigeration is necessary, as full training will be provided.
