Instrumentation and Control Apprenticeship

【岗位职责】 在经验丰富的专业人员指导下，学习并实践仪表与控制系统的设计、安装、维护和故障排除技能；协助校准和配置传感器、变送器、控制器及其他工业自动化现场设备；学习阅读和解释技术图纸、原理图及接线图，以支持系统集成与调试；参与日常检查、预防性维护和故障排查活动，确保控制系统的最佳性能；与团队成员协作，记录工作流程、更新系统记录，并遵守安全规程和行业标准；在车间和现场环境中工作，注重细节，运用数学和计算机技能解决技术问题；参与持续学习，参加培训课程，并与同事和主管进行有效沟通。 【任职要求】 具备学习仪表与控制工程基础知识的意愿，包括可编程逻辑控制器（PLC）、分布式控制系统（DCS）和人机界面（HMI）的实践操作；能够阅读和理解技术图纸、原理图及接线图；具备良好的问题解决能力和注意细节的习惯；具备有效的沟通能力，能与同事和主管协作；能够适应车间和现场工作环境；具备基本的数学和计算机技能；愿意参与持续学习和培训。

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong aptitude for mathematics and computers, with a keen interest in keeping up to date with the latest technology. You must be currently continuing an Instrumentation and Controls apprenticeship or have relevant foundational knowledge in this field. A high level of attention to detail and analytical thinking is essential. Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are required. Prior experience or education in electronics, electrical systems, or industrial automation is advantageous. You should be willing to learn and adhere to safety regulations and industry standards. A valid driver's license may be required for site visits.
