DATA ANALYST INTERN

As a Data Analyst Intern, you will work with data and business intelligence teams in medium to large companies or consulting agencies. Under the guidance of experienced professionals, you will gain hands-on experience in data analysis and business intelligence. Your key responsibilities include: - Collecting, cleaning, and organizing data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness. - Performing exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decisions. - Creating visualizations and dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Excel to communicate findings to stakeholders. - Assisting in the development and maintenance of data models, reports, and metrics. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions. - Conducting ad-hoc analyses to answer specific business questions and support strategic initiatives. - Documenting processes, methodologies, and findings to ensure reproducibility and knowledge sharing. - Participating in team meetings and presenting results to senior analysts and managers. Qualifications and requirements: - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data visualization. - Basic knowledge of SQL for data querying and manipulation. - Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar. - Experience with programming languages like Python or R is a plus. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Prior internship or project experience in data analysis is preferred but not required.
