CIVIL ENGINEERING INTERN

As a Civil Engineering Intern, you will support the engineering team in the planning, design, and oversight of infrastructure projects. Your responsibilities will include assisting with site assessments, preparing engineering drawings and specifications using CAD software, and conducting field inspections to ensure compliance with project plans and safety standards. You will collaborate with senior engineers to analyze data, perform calculations for structural loads and material quantities, and contribute to project documentation such as reports and progress updates. Additionally, you will participate in project meetings, coordinate with contractors and subcontractors, and help resolve on-site issues. This role offers hands-on experience in project management, quality control, and sustainable design practices, preparing you for a career in civil engineering.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD) is preferred. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities. Basic understanding of engineering principles and construction methods. Willingness to conduct field visits and work in various weather conditions.
