BUSINESS ANALYST INTERN

As a Business Analyst Intern, you will gain practical, hands-on experience in business process analysis, automation, and efficiency improvement projects. Your primary responsibilities include: - Business Process Mapping: Analyze and document current business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. - Automation Support: Assist in identifying opportunities for automation and contribute to the design and implementation of automated solutions. - Data Analysis: Collect, interpret, and present data to support decision-making and process optimization. - Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand business needs, and propose actionable solutions. - Reporting: Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management. - Project Support: Participate in efficiency improvement projects, tracking progress and ensuring deliverables align with business objectives. This internship is structured over 12 weeks, with a commitment of 3 days per week, providing a focused environment to develop your analytical and problem-solving skills.

To be successful in this role, you should have: - A recent degree or current enrollment in Business Administration, Business Analysis, or a related field. - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. - Basic understanding of business process mapping and analysis techniques. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. - No prior work experience required, but a demonstrated interest in business analysis is preferred.
