Graduate Environmental Consultant

【岗位职责】 作为ERM的毕业生环境顾问，您将支持为各行业客户提供环境咨询服务；主要职责包括：进行环境场地评估和审计，以评估法规合规性并识别潜在环境风险；协助准备环境影响评估、管理计划和技术报告，确保准确性并遵守项目时间表；使用现场设备和实验室技术收集并分析环境数据，如土壤、水和空气样本；与高级顾问合作，制定并实施可持续发展策略，包括碳足迹分析、废物管理和资源效率倡议；参与客户会议和利益相关者咨询，提供技术支持并贡献于项目提案；保持对环境法规和行业最佳实践的了解，以指导项目建议；在多学科团队中工作，与工程师、科学家和法规专家协调，提供综合解决方案；参与内部知识共享活动和培训课程，以提升团队能力；管理多项任务，优先安排工作量，并与团队成员和客户有效沟通；支持业务发展工作，协助准备潜在客户的提案和演示。 【任职要求】 您需要具备积极主动的问题解决方法，并致力于在预算和时间限制内交付高质量工作；该职位提供在污染土地管理、环境尽职调查和法规合规等领域发展专业知识的机会。

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel to project sites as needed. Valid driver's license. Prior internship or work experience in environmental consulting is preferred but not required. Knowledge of environmental regulations and standards is a plus.
