Psychologist (All levels)

As a Psychologist at Evolve Wellbeing Psychology, you will provide comprehensive psychological and therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families. Your primary responsibilities include conducting evidence-based therapy sessions, performing psychological assessments, and delivering services through our Employee Assistance Program (EAP). You will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure client-centered care, adhering to principles of compassion, respect, inclusion, nurture, and commitment. Your role involves maintaining accurate clinical records, developing treatment plans, and participating in case discussions to optimize client outcomes. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of clinical practices and support the practice's reputation for high-quality, trauma-informed care.

To be considered for this role, you must hold a current registration as a Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). We welcome applications at all experience levels, from early career to senior psychologists. Essential qualifications include a postgraduate degree in psychology (e.g., Master's or Doctorate) and demonstrated competency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, or ACT. Experience in conducting psychological assessments and working with diverse client populations is highly valued. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, a commitment to ethical practice, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are required. Familiarity with EAP service delivery is advantageous but not mandatory.
