Project Control Analyst - Entry Level (Graduate)

As an Entry Level Project Control Analyst, you will support project management teams in planning, monitoring, and controlling project performance. Your primary responsibilities include: - Assisting in the development and maintenance of project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts. - Tracking project progress against baselines and identifying variances. - Preparing regular status reports and dashboards for project stakeholders. - Supporting the preparation of work breakdown structures (WBS) and resource allocation plans. - Analyzing project data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. - Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely data collection. - Participating in project reviews and contributing to lessons learned documentation. - Maintaining project control systems and ensuring data integrity. - Assisting in the implementation of project control processes and best practices. - Providing administrative support for project documentation and filing. You will work closely with senior analysts and project managers to gain hands-on experience in project controls. Qualifications and requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. - Recent graduate (within the last 12 months) or currently enrolled in a graduate program. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas). - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. - Basic understanding of project management principles (e.g., scheduling, budgeting) is a plus. - Familiarity with project control software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) is desirable but not required. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
