Agribusiness Graduate

As an Agribusiness Graduate, you will gain broad exposure across a multifaceted business, working with one of Australia's largest fresh produce companies. Your responsibilities will span various functions within the integrated operations of growing, packing, and marketing high-quality produce. You will rotate through different business units, including Smart Berries, Treviso, Tumut Grove, and Fruitico Farms, to understand the full supply chain from farm to distribution. Key duties include assisting with farm operations, such as crop management, harvesting, and quality control, to ensure optimal yield and product standards. You will also support packing and distribution activities, learning how to coordinate logistics, manage inventory, and maintain efficiency in distribution centres. In the marketing and sales function, you will contribute to market analysis, customer relationship management, and promotional strategies to drive product sales. Additionally, you will participate in business development projects, analyzing data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Throughout the program, you will collaborate with experienced professionals, attend training sessions, and receive mentorship to develop your skills in agribusiness management.
