Graduate IT Engineer/ IT Application Development

As a Graduate IT Engineer / IT Application Development professional, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications and IT systems. Your primary duties include: - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for new applications and system enhancements. - Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code using programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#. - Participating in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, coding, testing, deployment, and support. - Troubleshooting and resolving application issues, ensuring high performance and reliability. - Contributing to code reviews and adhering to best practices in software development and version control. - Assisting in the integration of third-party services and APIs. - Documenting technical specifications, user guides, and system configurations. - Supporting IT infrastructure tasks, including system monitoring, maintenance, and security updates. - Participating in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. - Continuously learning and applying new technologies to improve existing systems and processes. In this role, you will work closely with senior engineers and IT professionals to gain hands-on experience in a global IT services environment. You will be expected to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and communicate clearly with team members and stakeholders.
