Financial Accountant

【岗位职责】 负责管理财务运营并确保报告准确性；按照会计准则编制和分析财务报表；管理月末和年末结账流程；核对总账账户；监督应付账款和应收账款职能，确保发票和付款的及时准确处理；监控现金流；编制预算预测；协助差异分析以支持财务规划；维护内部控制；确保遵守税务法规；在审计期间与外部审计师协调；支持财务团队完成临时财务项目和流程改进以提升效率。 【任职要求】 具备财务会计相关工作经验；熟悉会计准则和财务报告流程；掌握月末和年末结账操作；精通总账核对；具备应付账款和应收账款管理能力；了解现金流监控和预算编制；能进行差异分析；熟悉内部控制和税务合规要求；有与外部审计师合作经验；能参与财务项目和流程优化；注重细节，确保准确性。

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, CA, or equivalent) is preferred. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial accounting or a similar role. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced Excel skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Attention to detail and accuracy in work. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
