Manufacturing Intern

As a Manufacturing Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in running and maintaining advanced production technology and equipment for global brands. Your primary responsibilities include operating and monitoring manufacturing processes to ensure efficient and safe production. You will work behind the scenes in our plant, supporting daily operations by troubleshooting equipment issues, performing preventive maintenance, and optimizing production lines to meet quality and output targets. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, document standard operating procedures, and assist in data collection for performance analysis. This role involves learning and applying lean manufacturing principles, adhering to strict safety and environmental standards, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. You will also participate in training sessions to develop technical skills in areas such as automation, robotics, and quality control systems. By the end of the internship, you will have a comprehensive understanding of plant operations and the ability to contribute to business challenges effectively.

Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or a related field. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies. Prior internship or work experience in a manufacturing setting is a plus.
