【岗位职责】 作为博世法务实习生，您将参与亚太地区广泛的法律事务工作，包括：支持法务团队审查、起草和谈判各类商业合同（如销售协议、服务合同和保密协议）；协助进行监管合规事项的法律研究（涵盖数据隐私、反垄断和公司治理问题）；为内部利益相关者准备法律文件和信函；参与知识产权组合管理（包括商标和专利申请）；协助开发和维护法律数据库及归档系统，确保准确记录；支持团队监测可能影响公司运营的法律法规变化，并向高级法律顾问提供摘要和更新；与跨职能团队（如采购、销售和人力资源）协作处理法律咨询并降低风险；协助准备面向内部受众的法律培训材料和演示文稿。 【任职要求】 您需具备以下能力：能够同时处理多项任务并有效安排工作优先级；与团队成员及外部各方清晰沟通；注重细节，具备较强的分析能力；能够独立工作并作为团队一员协作。

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Law, with a strong academic record. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required; knowledge of additional Asian languages is a plus. Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret legal documents and regulations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Prior internship or work experience in a legal setting is preferred but not required. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated interest in corporate law, commercial contracts, or intellectual property law.
