The Intern HR will support the Human Resources team in various functions to ensure smooth operations and a positive employee experience. Key responsibilities include planning and executing company events, activities, and communications to enhance employee engagement. The intern will assist in the recruitment process by advertising job openings, screening candidates for suitability, and setting up interview schedules. They will also help with onboarding and offboarding procedures to ensure a seamless and pleasant experience for new hires and departing employees. Additionally, the intern will support the management of employee and intern relations by addressing concerns or issues to promote a positive workplace. The role involves participating in policy development and implementation, as well as contributing to other HR projects as needed.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field • Strong organizational and time management skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Prior internship or work experience in HR is a plus • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
