岗位职责
As an HR Intern, you will support the Human Resources department in various administrative and operational tasks. Your primary responsibilities include assisting with the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication with candidates. You will help maintain employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Additionally, you will support onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing documentation and conducting orientation sessions for new hires. You will assist in organizing training and development programs, tracking employee participation, and gathering feedback. You will also contribute to employee engagement initiatives, such as planning events and surveys. Furthermore, you will handle HR-related inquiries from employees, provide general administrative support, and assist with payroll preparation and benefits administration as needed. You will collaborate with team members on special projects, such as policy updates and compliance tasks, to enhance HR operations.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality. Proactive attitude and willingness to learn. Prior internship or work experience in HR is a plus but not required.
