Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality. Proactive attitude and willingness to learn. Prior internship or work experience in HR is a plus but not required.
