As an IT Intern, you will support the day-to-day operations of the company's IT infrastructure and systems. Your primary responsibilities include assisting with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software, including desktops, laptops, servers, and network equipment. You will help troubleshoot technical issues reported by end-users, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure minimal disruption to business operations. Additionally, you will participate in system monitoring and performance optimization tasks, ensuring that all IT systems run smoothly and securely. You will also assist in managing user accounts, permissions, and access controls, as well as supporting data backup and recovery processes. Another key aspect of the role involves documenting IT procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps to maintain an up-to-date knowledge base. You may be involved in IT projects such as system upgrades, software rollouts, or network enhancements, working closely with senior IT staff to implement changes and improvements. Furthermore, you will help enforce IT security policies, including antivirus updates, patch management, and security awareness initiatives. This internship provides hands-on experience in a dynamic, global technology environment, allowing you to develop practical skills in IT support, system administration, and network management.

Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts. Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows, macOS, or Linux. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Prior internship or project experience in IT support is a plus. Knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals is advantageous.
