IT Intern

【岗位职责】 支持公司IT基础设施和系统的日常运营；协助硬件和软件的安装、配置与维护，包括台式机、笔记本电脑、服务器和网络设备；帮助解决终端用户报告的技术问题，提供及时有效的解决方案以最小化业务中断；参与系统监控和性能优化任务，确保所有IT系统平稳安全运行；协助管理用户账户、权限和访问控制，支持数据备份和恢复流程；记录IT流程、配置和故障排除步骤，维护最新的知识库；参与IT项目，如系统升级、软件部署或网络增强，与高级IT员工密切合作实施变更和改进；帮助执行IT安全策略，包括防病毒更新、补丁管理和安全意识倡议。 【任职要求】 无明确列出，但需具备基本的IT知识、问题解决能力和学习意愿，能够适应动态的全球技术环境。

Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts. Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows, macOS, or Linux. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Prior internship or project experience in IT support is a plus. Knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals is advantageous.
