Project Intern-Operation Intern SG

The Project Intern-Operation Intern SG will support the operational and project management functions of the department. Key responsibilities include: 1. Data Management and Reporting: Assist with the organization, entry, validation, and preliminary analysis of operational data. Support the preparation and maintenance of regular business reports to ensure accuracy and timeliness. 2. Project Management Support: Support department project management activities, including assisting in tracking project developments, milestones, and deliverables. 3. Administrative Coordination: Provide administrative coordination for internal resources to facilitate the smooth execution of projects. This includes scheduling, resource allocation, and communication support. 4. Meeting and Documentation: Prepare meeting minutes and follow up on action items to ensure accountability and progress. Maintain organized records of project-related documentation. 5. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams to gather necessary information and ensure alignment on project goals and timelines. 6. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements in operational workflows and contribute to the implementation of best practices.

Qualifications and requirements: - Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, preferably in Business, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Prior internship or work experience in operations, project management, or data analysis is a plus. - Strong organizational and time management skills.
