Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges. Basic understanding of marketing principles and customer engagement. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). No prior work experience required; entry-level candidates are welcome. Must be comfortable with face-to-face customer interaction and public speaking. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
