As a Business Development Trainee, you will engage in a hands-on learning experience designed to accelerate your professional growth. Your primary responsibilities include:
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Identify and engage potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and networking events. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Sales and Revenue Generation: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets. Present product or service offerings to clients, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape. Analyze data to inform strategic decisions and improve sales approaches.
Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to align business development efforts with company goals. Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
Personal Development: Participate in 1-on-1 mentorship sessions to refine skills in communication, negotiation, and leadership. Attend training workshops and apply feedback to improve performance.
Travel and Networking: Travel to various locations for client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities. Represent the company professionally and expand your professional network.
Performance Tracking: Monitor personal sales metrics and progress toward goals. Adjust strategies based on performance data and coaching feedback to ensure continuous improvement.

Qualifications and requirements:
- Fresh graduate or entry-level candidate with a bachelor's degree in any field (business, marketing, or related disciplines preferred but not required).
