The Application Support role is responsible for providing technical assistance and support to end-users of the ERP system. Key responsibilities include responding to inquiries and requests for assistance, tracking all support issues, and ensuring open issues are addressed promptly. The role involves identifying problems, troubleshooting technical issues, and offering advice and assistance to end-users. Additionally, the position requires training end-users on the usage of application software and creating documentation related to system and application configurations.
