Application Support

【岗位职责】 负责为ERP系统的最终用户提供技术协助和支持；回应咨询和协助请求；跟踪所有支持问题，确保未解决的问题得到及时处理；识别问题并排查技术故障；向最终用户提供建议和协助；培训最终用户使用应用软件；创建与系统和应用配置相关的文档。 【任职要求】 具备技术支持和问题解决能力；熟悉ERP系统操作；能够有效沟通并提供用户培训；具备文档编写能力。

Must be a Singaporean or Permanent Resident. Must be fluent in both Chinese and English. Prior experience in application support or a related field is preferred. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential.
