- Participating in overseas expansion trips and events, representing the brand in new markets as needed.
- Receiving 1-to-1 mentorship and training to develop skills in sales, communication, and brand management.
- Contributing to a growth-focused culture by sharing feedback and ideas for improving brand presence and customer outreach.
- Tracking personal performance metrics and working towards clear career progression milestones.
