As a Campus Recruiter for a global investment management firm, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end campus recruitment across the APAC region. Your primary focus will be on attracting, engaging, and hiring top early-career talent to support the firm's growth and strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing comprehensive campus recruitment strategies for the APAC region, including university partnerships, career fairs, and campus events.
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle for campus hires, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and extending offers.
- Collaborating with hiring managers and business leaders to understand talent needs and align recruitment efforts with business goals.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key universities, student organizations, and career services to enhance the firm's employer brand on campus.
- Designing and implementing assessment processes, including interviews, case studies, and other evaluation methods, to identify high-potential candidates.
- Analyzing recruitment data and metrics to track effectiveness, identify trends, and optimize strategies.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies in a regulated financial services environment.
- Supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
- Partnering with the broader HR and talent acquisition teams to share best practices and contribute to regional and global initiatives.

- Proven experience in campus recruitment, preferably within the financial services or investment management industry.
- Strong understanding of the APAC talent market and university landscape.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, university partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to recruitment in the financial services sector.
- A bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional Asian languages is a plus.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement.
