Chargé de comptes internes

As an internal account manager at Cleanova-Micronics, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for growth. Your key responsibilities include:

Managing a portfolio of internal accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for clients.

Understanding client requirements and coordinating with internal teams to deliver tailored filtration solutions.

Proactively identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the existing client base.

Proven experience in account management or sales, preferably in an industrial or B2B environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
