As an Internal Sales Service Representative - Parts, you will be in direct contact with clients on a daily basis to support the electrification of transportation. Your responsibilities include:
Managing customer inquiries and orders for parts, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through proactive communication.
Coordinating with internal teams to ensure order fulfillment and resolve any issues.
Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell parts and services.
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
