As an intern in Ardian's Real Estate team in Frankfurt, you will be an integral part of the investment management process from day one, with significant responsibilities and high levels of interaction with senior management and external partners. Your key responsibilities include:
Assisting in the analysis and execution of real estate investments, including financial modeling, market research, and due diligence.
Supporting the management of existing real estate assets, including performance monitoring, reporting, and strategic planning.
