As an Arbitration Intern at Pinsent Masons Paris, you will join the International Arbitration team, working on both commercial and investor-state disputes. Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting legal research to support live arbitral strategy and case preparation.
Assisting with the drafting of legal documents, including pleadings, witness statements, and expert reports.
Analyzing case law, treaties, and arbitration rules to provide insights for ongoing matters.
Participating in team meetings and contributing to case strategy discussions.
