岗位职责
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle within a specialist market. Your primary duties include:
Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs, company culture, and business objectives. You will act as a trusted advisor, providing market insights and recruitment strategies.
Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source, screen, and interview candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals. You will build a pipeline of qualified talent for current and future roles.
Job Matching: Match candidates to suitable job opportunities by evaluating their skills, experience, and career aspirations. You will present shortlisted candidates to clients and facilitate the interview process.
Negotiation and Offer Management: Manage offer negotiations between clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth and timely process. You will handle counteroffers and provide guidance to both parties.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities within your specialist sector. Use this data to advise clients and refine recruitment strategies.
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals. You will work to expand your client base and increase revenue.
Performance Tracking: Meet and exceed individual and team targets for placements, revenue, and client satisfaction. You will maintain accurate records in the CRM system and report on key metrics.
Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across different brands and teams to share best practices, market intelligence, and support cross-functional projects.
This role requires a proactive, results-driven approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment. You will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support to develop your skills and advance your career.

To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A results-oriented mindset and a drive to achieve targets.
- Resilience and the ability to handle rejection and high-pressure situations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or recruitment is a plus but not required.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
- Eligibility to work in Singapore (for local positions).
