They conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for healthcare professionals to ensure proper usage and understanding of device features. Additionally, the specialist monitors market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for product positioning and sales growth. They collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and clinical support, to align strategies with customer needs. The role also involves managing territory accounts, tracking sales performance, and reporting on progress toward targets. The specialist participates in industry conferences and events to promote products and network with key opinion leaders. They provide feedback to product development teams based on customer insights to improve device functionality and user experience. Finally, the specialist ensures compliance with regulatory standards and company policies in all sales and support activities.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as biomedical engineering, nursing, or business. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in medical device sales or clinical support.
