岗位职责
The Youth Worker / Executive will support the operations of Youth Services, focusing on the conceptualization and implementation of services for adolescents across diverse settings, including community, schools, and legal systems. This role involves direct engagement with adolescents to address their risks, needs, and developmental milestones.
Key responsibilities include:
- Planning, organizing, and delivering youth development programs and interventions tailored to individual and group needs.
- Conducting assessments to identify risks and needs of adolescents, and developing appropriate support plans.
- Collaborating with schools, community partners, and legal system stakeholders to coordinate services and referrals.
- Facilitating workshops, counseling sessions, and recreational activities that promote positive youth development.
- Monitoring and documenting progress of adolescents, maintaining accurate case records and reports.
- Advocating for adolescents' well-being and connecting them to resources such as mental health support, education, and vocational training.
- Participating in team meetings and case conferences to ensure integrated service delivery.
- Assisting in the evaluation of program effectiveness and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Youth Work, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience working with adolescents in community, school, or legal settings preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with youth and stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Knowledge of adolescent development, risk assessment, and intervention strategies.
- Proficiency in case documentation and report writing.
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed for program delivery.
- Candidates with more experience may be considered for the Executive level.
