岗位职责
As a Stagiair (intern) in Klaverveld, you will be part of our professional team (profploeg) in a residential care setting where care remains human.
You will learn in a home where residents know you by name, colleagues make time for you, and the rhythm of the house gives you space to observe, ask questions, and grow.
Because we deliberately guide only a limited number of interns per department, you will receive genuine attention while maintaining a calm and recognizable environment for residents.

No specific prior experience or education is required, but a genuine interest in care for elderly or vulnerable people is essential.
