As a Customer Experience Account Support Management Graduate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to HPE's customers and partners. Your primary focus will be on managing and resolving customer issues, ensuring a seamless experience from initial contact through to resolution. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs, proactively seeking opportunities to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing customer accounts and serving as the primary point of contact for support-related inquiries.
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical and non-technical issues, escalating complex cases as needed.
- Collaborating with sales, engineering, and product teams to provide comprehensive solutions.
- Monitoring customer feedback and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Developing and maintaining documentation for support processes and best practices.
- Participating in training sessions to deepen your understanding of HPE's products and services.
- Contributing to team projects aimed at improving overall customer experience.
This role is onsite, requiring you to primarily work from an HPE partner or customer office. You will engage directly with clients, building strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met efficiently. The position offers exposure to a dynamic environment where you can develop skills in account management, problem-solving, and customer advocacy.

- Prior internship or work experience in customer service or support is a plus.
