Presales Graduate (FY26 APAC Graduate Program)

As a Presales Graduate in the FY26 APAC Graduate Program, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team in technical pre-sales activities across the Asia-Pacific region. Your primary duties include: - Collaborating with sales representatives to understand customer requirements and propose appropriate technology solutions. - Conducting product demonstrations and technical presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value of HPE's portfolio. - Assisting in the preparation of technical proposals, including solution design, cost estimation, and configuration. - Participating in proof-of-concept (PoC) projects to validate solution feasibility and performance. - Engaging with customers to gather feedback and address technical inquiries during the sales cycle. - Staying updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and HPE product roadmaps to provide informed recommendations. - Supporting the development of technical documentation, such as white papers and case studies. - Contributing to team knowledge sharing and training sessions to enhance overall presales capabilities. - Working closely with cross-functional teams, including product management and engineering, to ensure alignment on customer needs. - Managing multiple presales engagements simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and business objectives. This role is designed as a hybrid position, with an expectation to work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office. You will be part of a dynamic graduate program that provides exposure to various technologies and business functions, fostering professional growth and development.

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and experience: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex technical concepts. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, in English. - Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, and cloud computing. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build relationships with diverse stakeholders. - Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies. - Prior internship or project experience in presales, sales, or technical support is a plus. - Willingness to travel within the APAC region as required. - Fluency in additional Asian languages is advantageous but not mandatory.
