As a Sales Graduate in the FY26 Graduate Program, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building customer relationships. Your primary duties include: Sales Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories or accounts. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and aligning HPE solutions to address those needs. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase value propositions. Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies. Prepare sales forecasts and reports for management review. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure seamless customer experiences. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales skills. Account Management: Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Learning and Development: Engage in the graduate program's structured learning path, including workshops, mentorship, and on-the-job training to develop sales expertise and leadership capabilities.

To be successful in this role, you should have: - A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (completed within the last two years). - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders. - Demonstrated sales aptitude or interest, with a results-driven mindset. - Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). - Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with an expectation to work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office. - Prior internship or work experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus. - Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous depending on location.
