HACCPand WHS compliance, displaying a strong commitment to meeting Food Safety standards including conducting temperature and quality checks and effectively managing cross-contamination More about you Previous experience as a Commis Chef is required and proven experience in an a' la carte restaurant or function service is preferred Solid background in kitchen operations Minimum Level 3 Certificate in Commercial Cookery and a Food Safety certificate , or willing to obtain at onboarding A passion for food and creative flair Demonstrated track record meeting financial targets for food and labor costs The application period will close on 21/09/2026, unless a successful qualified candidate is identified sooner.
