Lead and support team members to deliver outstanding guest experiences Supervise day-to-day restaurant operations during shifts Coach, train and develop crew members to drive performance Ensure food safety, workplace safety and brand standards are met Oversee inventory, stock control and ordering processes Support labour management and operational efficiency targets Drive sales through upselling, promotions and exceptional service Resolve customer enquiries and issues in a professional manner Maintain a clean, safe and organised restaurant environment Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving business goals and results More about you Leadership experience in fast food, QSR or high-volume hospitality A passion for hospitality, with a customer-focused and self-motivated attitude The ability to work autonomously in a high-pressure setting Strong communication skills and a commitment to fostering a positive team culture Food Safety Certificate A desire to be part of the founding team launching a brand-new Hungry Jack's Familiarity with Hungry Jacks’ cultural pillars Flexibility to work shifts across a 7-day rotating roster The application period will close on 21/09/2026, unless sufficient qualified candidates are identified sooner.
