As the Head of Compliance (PCF-12) at Payward Europe Solutions Ltd, you will lead and oversee the compliance function, ensuring the organization operates in full adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. Your key responsibilities include:
Developing, implementing, and maintaining a robust compliance framework, including policies, procedures, and controls, to mitigate regulatory and financial crime risks.
Providing strategic compliance advice to senior management and the board, and acting as the primary point of contact for regulatory bodies in relevant jurisdictions.
