岗位职责
As a Finance Intern on the Invoice to Pay team, you will support the accounts payable function by assisting with invoice processing, payment runs, and vendor inquiries. Your responsibilities will include:
Processing invoices accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring proper coding and approval workflows.
Assisting with month-end closing activities, including reconciling accounts and preparing reports.
Collaborating with internal partners to resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues.
Supporting the team in improving process efficiency and implementing best practices.

We are looking for candidates who are:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and other Office applications.
