Chef de Partie

As the Chef de Partie, you will oversee a designated kitchen section, ensuring efficient preparation and delivery of menu items.

Your responsibilities include preparing high-quality dishes to specification, maintaining consistency in food quality and presentation, and managing your section's daily operations.

You will coordinate with the head chef and other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service, monitor stock levels, and assist with inventory management.
